例として、英国アストラゼネカが、各国と締結した新型コロナウイルス感染症のワクチン供給契約には、製品の副作用に対する法的責任を免除される条項が含まれていることが分かった。
同社は、英国オックスフォード大学とともに新型コロナウイルスのワクチンを開発している。
It is revealed that the agreement between the Japanese government and the corona vaccine manufacturer contains a clause exempting legal liability for side effects of products.

ロイター通信によると30日(現地時間)、英国アストラゼネカのルード・ドーバー副社長は
「各国と締結した新型コロナウイルスのワクチン供給契約には、ワクチンの副作用が発生した場合、自社が責任を負わないという内容が含まれている」
と明らかにした。
Vice President of AstraZeneca, UK, Ludo Dover, said on 30th (local time)
"The new coronavirus vaccine supply contracts we have concluded with each country include that we will not be liable if any vaccine side effects occur."
