さて今日のおやつ兼お昼ごはん🎶
昨日の疲れで(運動会の応援📣)朝起きれず、
朝ごはんを食べたのが遅かったので、
おやつ兼お昼ごはんは数日前に作った寒天ゼリー😋
我が家の定番おやつで、イベント時や子供が風邪をひいた時100%作る食事兼おやつになります。
喉越しも良いので少しは熱中症予防になってくれるといいなー

Today is sunny day but must take care of dehydration
Today’s dessert and lunch 🎶
Yesterday, I was very tired because of cheering my youngest son in school Sports day. I couldn’t get up early this morning, so I ate a breakfast a little bit late as usual.
Therefore, I ate fruits in jelly I made instead of lunch. I used Kanten powder which made from seaweed. So it is one kind of healthy food in Japan.
I always make this Jelly when there was something events or my family members had a cold.
On a day like today, I hope it prevented dehydration
