疲れているので、
夕飯は冷麺であっさり終わらせることにしよう🙄
高齢者の自立支援。
一つ一つ紐を解くと奥が深く、介護に携わっている方は本当にすごいと改めて思いました。
法に守られながら、老後が過ごせる。。。
まさに日本ならではだそうで、いいお話いっぱい聞けてよかったけど、頭の中はもうパンパン🙈

Today, I attended the second day class to understand elderly person and learn the communication with elderly person.
However, I thought that It’s too difficult to communicate with them while observing their actions what they happened.
And we must support their independence.
I respected all helpers, care-workers and people working for welfare.
Anyway, I am very tired today, too🙈
So, I will prepare easy dinner Morioka cold noddles and have a restε-(´∀｀; )
