昨日は主人は晩ごはんがいらなかったので、簡単ディナーで決定😋
なので、昨日の晩ごはんは
今日はエビとレタスのチャーハン🦐
いつも残飯は冷蔵庫にわざと冷蔵庫へ入れて数日冷やしてパラパラにします♪
レタスはサラダの時に省く茎の部分のみをいれます。食感とレタスの美味しさがよりよくわかるからフードロスにも繋がるし、一石二鳥✨
後は塩と鶏ガラとゴマ油があればもう最強💪
いい形の器が見つから写メのチャーハン、不恰好だけど美味さは折り紙付

Fried rice with shrimp and lettuce.
I always keep leftover rice in the fridge because I would like to make non-stick rice for fried rice.When I make a salad,
I remove central rib of the lettuce leaves and keep them in the fridge . Because they have good lettuce flavor and nice texture, perfect for fried rice
This also avoids food waste✨
Otherwise, I just add salt and pepper, powdered chicken soup stock and sesame oil.
The fried rice’s shape on the photo is not nice🙈
I didn’t have a nice bowl to give it a nice shape but the taste was amazing, just like in a Chinese restaurant
