・鶏と茄子の梅煮
・キュウリ、レタス、トマトのサラダ
・オクラとえのきの味噌汁
・ご飯
-Boiled chicken and eggplant with umeboshi
-Cucumber, lettuce, tomato salad
-Okra and enoki mushroom miso soup
-Rice
・鶏と茄子の梅煮
鶏もも肉300gを一口大に切り、酒大匙１と塩胡椒少々をもみこみ、片栗粉適量をまぶす。
180度の揚げ油で表面をカリッとさせて取り出す。
中まで火を通さなくていいです。
茄子 中3本を乱切りにし、水にさらししばらく置き、ざるにあげる。
梅干（今回ははちみつ漬け）中3個を種を除いて包丁で細かく叩く。
鍋に水300ccとめんつゆ（5倍濃縮）70cc、梅干を入れてを沸騰させ、鶏肉と茄子を入れて弱火で5分。
皿に盛り付け、小ネギを散らす。
写真はどーみてもシソなんですけどね… イマイチだったので。。笑
実際はめんつゆ100ccで作ったら辛くなったんで減らしました。
5倍濃縮というレアなめんつゆ使ったのですが、通常の2倍、3倍の場合はラベルにある「煮物の比率」をご参考ください。
それよりめんつゆすこーし少なめで。

梅干は最後にして、5分煮て取り出して小さくカット。
その後大人用に梅干入ました。
やっぱりこの味好きらしい。
サラダは冷蔵庫にあったもの適当に刻んでドレッシングかけた～
-Boiled chicken and eggplant with umeboshi
Cut 300g of chicken leg into bite sizes, and mix 1 tbs of sake and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Dredge moderate amount of starch.
Fry it in a pan at 180 degrees until it becomes crispy.
You don't have to heat its inside.
Cut 3 pc of medium-sized eggplants coarsely, and soak them for a while.
Drain it.
Remove seeds of 3 pcs of medium-sized umeboshi, and chop them.
Pour 300cc of water and 70cc of mentshuyu(5 times stronger), and umeboshi into a pot and boil.
Add chicken and eggplant and boil about 5 minutes at low heat.
Serve in a dish and sprinkle green onion.
Actually I used Japanese basil, but green onion must be better.
If you use mentsuyu with double or triple strength, please refer to a recipe on the bottle's label.
And use less mentsuyu than what's in the recipe.

Added umeboshi in the end.
Before adding it, I divided some for him and cut them into small sizes.
He still likes this taste.

息子が電車を見るのが大好きだから、プラレールを買ったのだけど。
まだ彼には早過ぎたのか、ちゃんと楽しめているのか謎。
レールすぐ分解するし、レール外で電車を走らせるものだから、よく部屋の隅で行き止まりになって電池を消耗している…
おかげで電池の減り早！！
いいかげんエネループを買おう。
まぁこのプラレール、何って私が好きなのでね…
もっと増やしたい病。
で、ヤフオク！で旦那が検索したら、子供が使わなくなったので～っていう大量のレールや電車のセットが破格で売っておる。
中古だけど全然気にならない。
ほしい！けどあれ全部セッティングしたら部屋大変なことになるわ…
というか、しまう場所さえ危ういぞ！
うーん、あの量はまだまだ先だなぁ…
My son likes to see trains, so I bought train and rail toys named "Plarail" for him.
It seems it's too early for him.
He always splits the rails up.
He moves the train on the floor, not on the railway.
So the train goes to a corner of a room and stops there.
Battery runs out easily.
I should buy a rechargeable battery.
Anyway, who likes this Plarail? I do.
I really would like to buy more.
My hubby researched it on Yahoo Auction, then he found many Plarails.
Especially used railways which were collected for a long time.
However the owner doesn't need them anymore because he has outgrown them already.
I don't care if it is used or not.
I want, but if I set everything, the room will be filled with railways!
And I don't have to make enough space in the room for many rails.
Umm... It's still not the best time to buy them.
