我が家の永久保存版レシピ出来ましたー！
キャベツ1/2個を一口大に切る。
人参中1本を短冊切りにする。
にんにく１かけはみじん切りにする。
豚小間150gは、下味（酒大匙１、塩胡椒少々、片栗粉小匙１）をもみ込む。
フライパンにごま油小匙１とニンニクを熱し、豚小間を炒める。
色が変わったら人参を炒め、しんなりしたらキャベツを加える。
炒めすぎないうちに合わせ調味料↓ を加えて炒め合わせる。
・オイスターソース 大匙１
・砂糖 小匙1/2
・味噌 小匙１
・醤油 大匙1/2
・酒 大匙１
・鶏がらスープ 小匙1/2
・甜麺醤 大匙１
・片栗粉 小匙1/2
・水 大匙１
・豆板醤 小匙1/6
おいし！
*息子用*
豆板醤抜きで先に炒め取り分け、刻んであげました。
大人用に豆板醤は最後に。
これよりとうもろこしに夢中だった…

My hubby really liked this taste!
I will keep this recipe forever, haha!
Cut 1/2 pc of cabbage into bite-size.
Cut medium size of carrot in rectangles.
Chop 1 clove of garlic.
Mix 150g of sliced pork with 1tbs of sake, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1 tsp of starch.
Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil and garlic in a pan, and saute pork until its color become golden brown.
Mix carrot until it becomes soft, then add cabbage.
Mix these seasonings below;
-1 tbs of oyster sauce
-1/2 tsp of sugar
-1 tsp of miso
-1/2 tbs of soysauce
-1 tbs of sake
-1/2 tsp of chicken soup
-1 tbs of tianmianjiang
-1/2 tsp of starch
-1 tbs of water
-1/6 tsp of doubanjiang
Yummy!!!

Pick some before adding doubanjiang and cut them into small size.
He liked corn more than this though....

少し前の話になりますがー。
息子は肌が弱いらしく、すごくカサカサしてて、かさぶたみたいな症状になっていて。
かゆいみたいですぐかいて余計にひどくなったりして。
行きつけの皮膚科があって、そこで3回くらい受診してその都度保湿剤をもらってたんですが。
全然治らないものだから、試しに別の皮膚科にかかってみたんですわ。
そしたら、
「その保湿剤じゃ10年塗っても治らんよ。
このまま放っておいたらアトピーになる。」
と言われ、ショック！！
飲み薬と塗り薬を処方され、試したらなんと次の日にはかなり良くなってた…
ハウスダストも影響してる可能性もあるから、掃除は毎日きちんとしろとも言われ、2日に1度くらいのペースでしたが毎日掃除機かけ。（普通か？？）
2週間飲み薬飲み続けて、今やすっかりきれいに！
セカンドオピニオンってやっぱり大事なんですね…
症状が良くならないことがあったら、ぜひ違う病院にもかかるべきだなと身に染みる出来事でした。
My son has dry skin, and some parts of his skin have scab.
It seemed itchy and he scrached somtimes, so the scar became worse.
I always went to same dermatologist, and she prescribed a topical oinment.
But his scar didn't get better, so I tried to go to another dermatologist.
The doctor said,
"The scar will not be better with the ointment.
If you take this forgranted, he will have skin atopy in future."
I really got shocked!
And he prescribed another topical ointment and medicine.
On next day, his scar got much lighter!!
The doctor also suggested me to clean house everyday, so I did too.
His skin got better after 2 weeks of medication.
I realize how important second opinion is!
