Let’s practice greeting in English!

AKANON English instructor here!
It’s been comfortable these days,hasn’t it?
Anyway, how have you been?
This month we’re singing “Greeting song”,
Which I come up with the lyrics for and added some gestures....
First, A teacher ask “Where is the student(name)?”
And the student answers “Here I am!” and raise their hand.
Then, the teacher ask the student “How are you?”
And the student answers “I’m fine,thank you! With the gesture of making a thumbs up.
Finally,we give each other high fives.
Greeting is fundamental for building relationships
And very important in Japanese too.
So I’d really like the students to learn how to greet in English.
Let’s have fun studying English together next month too!

皆様、こんにちは！
ＡＫＡＮＯＮ　英語講師です。
最近は過ごし易い陽気でございますが、いかがおすごしでしょうか？
今月は私が作詞した挨拶の歌をジェスチャーと共に歌っております。
まず最初に、先生が“生徒様（名前）はどこ？”とたずね、
生徒様が“ここにいます！”と右手をあげて答えます。
それから、先生が“ごきげんいかがですか？”と訊き、
生徒様が、“良いです、ありがとうございます。”と親指を立てて答えます。
最後に先生と生徒様でハイタッチをします。
日本語でも挨拶は、人間関係を上での基礎であり、とても大切でございます。
だからこそ、生徒様にも是非、英語での挨拶の仕方を学んで頂きたかったのです。
来月も一緒に英語の勉強を楽しんでいきましょう！
