Are you coming to Himeji Castle or living in Himeji? If so, why not join my Japanese cooking lesson? My kitchen is just north of Himeji Castle, it takes few minutes to get my kitchen from Himeji Castle.

You will have welcome Japanese tea and experience cooking tasty Japanese cusine you will learn easy and simple way of Japanese cooking. First of all we cook real Japanese broth from dried bonito flakes and kelp which is important step for every dishes. Cooking real Japanese broth will be fun for you. And you will know about Japanese seasoning and Japanese own cookware; wooden bowl for sushi rice, square pan for Roll egg, mortar, etc... After you go back to your home with my recipe, you will be able to cook Japanese by yourself. Hope you will enjoy having Japanese cusine party with your family or friends. Let's have fun cooking well balanced Japanese and share happy time in my kitchen!! I choose really fresh and nice ingredients for cooking. If you need, I will pick you up just in front of Himeji Castle. I will prepare everything for cooking, you do not have to bring anything. Please feel free to come and visit my place♬

●I will explain the process of lesson and we start making tasty meal, of cause wash our hands before start!

                      ●Start lesson by learning about important Japanese broth for every Japanese dishes.

                      ●I will explain about various types of seasoning; soy sauce, mirin, sake, vinegar, miso...

                      ●You will know Japanese cookware; wooden bowl for sushi, square pan for rolled egg omelet, mortar, etc...

                      ●Enjoy eating tasty meal with talking.
