Hello everyone, it's Katy.
28日の土曜日にAELで「英会話バータイム」イベントを行いました。
Last Saturday, the 28th, we had an "English Bar Time" event at AEL.
今回は、本格的なワインテイスティングを組み込んだ、ちょっと特別なバータイムでした。
This time, it was a bit of a special bar time incorporating authentic wine tasting.
ピーロートジャパンの方が、何と白6本、赤6本の計12本ものワインを持ち込んでくださいました。A sales person from Pieroth Japan brought 12 bottles of wine: 6 white and 6 red.
しかも内容が濃かったです。
And they were all quite impressive.
ノーベル賞授賞式の晩餐会で出されたワイン。
This wine was served at the Nobel Prize award ceremony dinner.
コニャックと葡萄ジュースをブレンドした白ワイン。
This white wine is blended with cognac and grape juice.
このドイツの貴腐ワインはすごく美味しかったです。
This noble rot from Germany was so delicious.
アルムスハイマーのアイスワイン。
Armsheimer eiswine.
カリフォルニアの「三角関係」という名の赤ワイン
California red wine named "Triangle Relationship."
どれも美味しかったのですが、私もブライアンもこの「三角関係」が一番のお気に入りです。
They were all delicious, but both Brian and I loved this "Triangle Relationship."
ワイン以外にも、いつものように私セレクトの美味しい日本酒、和歌山県の「黒牛」と山形県の「十水」もご用意いたしました。
Besides wine, we served the delicious sake of my selection as usual ; "Kuroushi" from Wakayama prefecture and "Tomizu" from Yamagata prefecture.
沢山美味しいお酒をいただいて、とっても楽しいイベントでした。
We had a lot of wonderful drinks, and the event was truly enjoyable.
