Good evening！
先日実家に帰省していた際に、ちょうど甥っ子（私の弟の息子）のお誕生日がありました
It was my nephew's (my brother's son) birthday when we were visiting my parents' place the other day.
姉家族、弟家族、我が家とみんなそろっていたので、小さなお誕生日会をしました。
There were my sister's family, my brother's family as well as mine, so we had a little BD party.
今年もケーキは新宿高野のフルーツケーキ
This year, we selected the fruits cake from Shinjuku Takano again.
ケーキは伯母（ワタクシ）からの小さなプレゼントです。
It's a small gift from his auntie (me.)
新宿高野のお店には美味しそうなフルーツケーキがたくさんありました
（高野の回し者ではありません。）
There were so many tasty looking fruits cakes in Shinjuku Takano!(I am not getting any tips from Takano for saying this!)
今年もまた、かわいい甥っ子を囲んで、実家の両親を含め家族みんながそろって、笑顔で一緒の時間を過ごせたことに感謝です
We are so thankful for being able to get together as one family again this year for our cute nephew with big smile on each one of us.
