いよいよ、クロージングです。
午前中に我々売り手側の弁護士事務所のあるクライスタービルディングへ。
こちらは、自分のパスポートと、
家の玄関の鍵2本ｘ2（コピー）と
ガレージのリモコン2個 を持って、
弁護士事務所へ。
買い手側と共にたくさんの書類にサインして、
無事終了。
私は（米国では）外国人なので、
源泉徴収をたくさん取られて、
その計算書を売り手の弁護士から渡されて、
残金を当方の指定する日本の口座に送金してもらいます。
とっても疲れましたが、
22年間住んだ家が売れて、
少し寂しいですが、
満足感でいっぱいです。
We moved out!!
It is not easy to say goodbye after 22 wonderful years in the house.
The house has been filled with love, laughter, and countless memories that will stay with us forever.
