【真冬の七輪】オガ備長炭の火力があれば雪国でも快適料理？をアップロードいたしました。
今回は、祖父の形見の備長炭が残り少なくなったため、ホームセンターで購入した展示品で特売されていたオガ備長炭の火付けに挑戦してみた時の動画になります。

そして「庭ちゃんのささやかな休日ナチュライフ」でコンセプトとしているのは…、
年間休日80日前後 夜勤の関係もあり自由に過ごせるのは40日くらいと数少ない中で、自宅に居ながら可能な範囲で気軽に昔ながらのシンプルな生活を再現していこうというものです。
自然の素材にあまり手を加えずありのまま美味しく食べていければ幸せなのでは？
また誰でもマネ出来るようにという方法を追求していければと考えています。
主に今回使用した七輪を使った焼きがメインになると思いますが、「庭いじり〜通信」や「CITYボーイの庭散歩」で仕入れた食材などともコラボして進行していく予定ですので、今後も庭チャンネルを宜しくお願いいたします。
