台所にある食器たちも、
ヒンヤリ～
冷たくなっちゃってます
。
せっかく あつあつの
美味しいスープ
をつくっても、
食器が冷たいと、
すぐにさめちゃう・・・
ってこと、ありませんか？

そんな我が家の冬の食卓に、
登場するのが、
木の器たち
。
主人の趣味の一つ カービングで作ったものです。
One of my husband's hobbies is wood carving, and
he has made lots of wooden plats and bowls.
They are important items for winter.
木の器は
熱伝導率が低いので、
あったかいものは、あったかいまま
、
しかも
器を持っても熱くならないんです。
手にとると
しっくり馴染んで
いい感じ。
器を持って食事をする日本に生まれて
よかったな～
しみじみ～
