Kakigori is a traditinal Japanese shaved ice dessert
that has been enjoyed since Edo period.
かき氷は、江戸時代から楽しまれている
日本の伝統的な食べ物です
This is made by finely shaved ice into a fluffy ,snow -like texture
and then drizzling it with flavored syrups.
氷を細かく削り、ふわふわとした雪のような食感に
フレバ―シロップをかけます
Kakigori is often topped with condensed milk ,fruit ,or even ice-cream.
But more unique options like matcha (green tea)
and also anko(sweet red been paste)are also widely loved.
かき氷は、練乳、フルーツ、アイスクリームトッピングします
抹茶やあんこのような独特なかき氷はも人気があります
Perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day,
Kakigori is a part of Japanense culture and summer tradition.
暑い日にぴったりのかき氷は、日本の文化と夏の伝統の一部です
近年のかき氷ブームで様々な専門店が増え、メニューも進化していますね
先日熱海の老舗和菓子屋さんで、宇治金時いただいてきました
