令和4年産「しあわせ米」注文受付中!

Hello, Mr A here!

Today, we are gearing up to dispatch our delightful Happy Rice for shipment.

Our task involves carefully packaging the rice into boxes and affixing the necessary shipping labels.

It's noteworthy that this month alone, we're sending out a whopping 150 boxes—equivalent to nearly 3 tons of rice!

Regularly, we ensure a monthly shipment, and for logistics, we rely on Japan Post.

Japan Post dispatches a large box truck to collect our goods.

Moving on, you might be familiar with Mr. Kakashi's enthusiasm for "Happy Rice Amazake" if you're a regular reader of this blog.

A glass of Amazake is believed to work wonders in revitalizing your body, particularly if you're dealing with a cold or flu.

According to www.justonecookbook.com amazake has many nutrients "including vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, folic acid, ferulic acid, dietary fiber, glutamine, and a large amount of glucose – which are almost the same components as an IV drip".

Hence, in Japan, it's often referred to as the "IV drip" drink, highlighting its rejuvenating properties.

Accordingly, amazake is believed to offer various health benefits, including "anti-aging effects, improved skin, increased metabolism, fatigue recovery, enhanced digestion, and a strengthened immune system".

Moreover, amazake stands out as a natural sweetener with added probiotic benefits, making it a good alternative to soft drinks laden with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), particularly for those seeking a health-conscious energy boost.

Happy Rice Amazake is crafted from locally grown rice by Hon Hyakusho farmers right here in Usa without the use of pesticides or fertilizers.
