播いたのは みかど協和㈱のピリピリ菜
葉のちりめん部分が紅くなってグラデーションがキレイなからし菜です。
少し赤みがかっている芽もちらほら
The seed's name is Piripiri-na.The leafs become beautiful red gradation.Some sprouts are tinged with red.
からし菜の種はマスタードに出来るみたいで
今年は種子をたくさん実らせて
自家製マスタードを作りたいと思っています。
