"Trumbo":
Just good movie. But no more than that.
The production team take very soft stand against what John Wayne (or Ronald Reagan) did in the 'Red Purge' era.
As they avoid to dig into crucial facts such as John Wayne matters which must be described deeply, it undermined the value of this curious movie.
It's very sad.
However I think Helen Mirren did the excellent job as a 'only' visible villain of this movie. But her character is no name for me. And also Diane Lane as Trumbo's wife is very attractive.
So I enjoyed this movie.
