今日は10年以上のつきあいのある友達5人で宴。恵比寿のちゃんこ部屋へ行きました

today, i went to CYANKO BEYA@ebisu with old friends.
まずは生ビールで乾杯
久しぶりの再会にかんぱ～～～～い

そしておつまみ。枝豆、チーズ包揚げ、馬刺し、きゅうりと梅くらげ、ホタテのカルパッチョ。
green soybeans, fried cheese, horse sashimi, cucumber&UME jellyfish, and
scallop's carpaccio.
ちゃんこは、このすり鉢を器にして、ごまをすって、食べるようです。
its a plate of chanko. with sesami.
スープ。あっさり味のしょう油ベースのスープです。
soup. soup of the soy sauce base of the taste.
やってきました！オーダーしたのは横綱ちゃんこ。
具材は、鳥肉・豚肉・鱈・肉団子・魚団子・野菜色々・きしめん。
これで2人前。でかいです！下にきしめんが入っています。くずきりなんかもありました。

スープが沸騰してきたらじゃんじゃか生ものから入れていきます。いい出汁がでますね～。最後は全部投入。美味しくいただきました！柚胡椒があったらもっとおいしいかなぁ～。好み的には。今度いったらあるか聞いてみようかな。
