通勤の道すがら、道路と歩道の復旧工事の間に挟まれて水仙が花を咲かせていました。
今回の震災で政府、行政、政治家、マスメディア、企業、スポーツ、エンタテインメントなど様々な分野の考え方、行動力、影響力、スタンスみたいなものが、良きにつけ悪きにつけ垣間見えたような気がします。
更に特徴的だったのはネットの持つ影響力の大きさでした。
地震の直後、固定電話も携帯電話もほとんど通じない状況の中で唯一コンタクトが出来たのがインターネット。
３Ｇの通信環境は不安定ではあったものの携帯端末からtwitter、mixi、Facebookはほぼリアルに情報更新が確認出来たので家族の安否確認の手段の一つとして今後有効だと感じました。
様々な情報もそこから入手出来ましたが、一方でデマのようなものがものすごいスピードで拡散されていく怖さも今回顕著に見られました。
これは自戒を込めてですが、誰もが自由に発言出来るネットの環境は守られるべきものである一方で、発信する側の僕たちのモラルや意識のレベル、さらに今の環境下では一定のデリカシーも求められている事を改めて感じています。
決して萎縮する必要は無いと思いますが、そんな事を常に心の中に置きながらこれからもネットと付き合っていければと思ってます。
