ヘレン・ケインという歌手は、寄席で言えば、色物、本格派とはほど遠いように思われがちですが、この歌は、歌詞を正確に歌ってますね。もしかした、ら歌詞を、かの女の歌から拾ったのかも知れません。何しろ、この歌の最初のレコーディングは彼女ですから。
