〇ロクデナシに甘い顔を見せるな
昔から“お役所仕事”という日本語があるように、公務員の仕事には競争が無いので民間企業では考えられないような非効率な仕事が行われている。教員が仕事をサボっているという意味ではない。
ただ、組織が硬直化していると言いたいだけだ。
私たちのような予備校・塾業界では生徒が教室に来るのは当たり前ではない。数多い競争相手より優れた指導を行わないと、生徒が来てくれない。それに反して、学校は何の努力もしなくても生徒が教室に来るのが当たり前。これでは、学校の先生が
「ヘマさえしなければ、今日も安泰」
となるのは当然なのだ。
こんなヤル気を起こさせない組織に属している人間を相手にしてカリカリしても始まらない。出来るだけ相手にしないのがいい。話しても理解できない相手に、あなたの時間とエネルギーを浪費していたら「合格」は手に入らない。
