「征服者の決めたルールを守るのは、弱者だけだ」
今はロシアの侵略戦争のために、世界は「民主主義国 VS 独裁国家」の対立のような状況。アメリカとドイツがウクライナに戦車の供与を決めたので、本格的な全面戦争の恐怖が多くの国に広がり始めています。
さて、日本は民主主義国なのでしょうか？もちろん、日米安全保障条約があるので日本はアメリカ、つまり民主主義国の一員のように振る舞うでしょう。しかし、昨年度の日本の報道の自由度ランキングは７１位だ。こんな国を欧米の国は民主主義国家と見なしてくれるのだろうか？

日本は世界からは崩壊したソビエト連邦の構成国だったキリギルスタンやアフリカのケニアと同水準の報道の自由しかない国と認識されている。日本の学校を見てほしい。文科省や教育委員会から教師までのピラミッド構造。そういう絶対権力者の決めたルールに、絶対弱者の生徒や保護者が従っている。
服装も、髪型も、学習進度も、使用する問題集も全て“征服者”が決めたルールどおり。“弱者”はルールに従うだけ。これが民主主義国の学校だとすると、世界基準では笑い話レベルです。
民主主義国なら、何を着て、どういう髪型をするのかは自分で決められる。そんなことは改めて言うまでもない常識です。学習進度は教師が決めるのではなく、生徒が決めるべき。使用する問題集も生徒が決めないから業者と校長会の間でワイロの話が絶えない。利権構造や癒着の温床になってしまう。汚職です。

Japan is perceived by the world as a country with only the same level of freedom of the press as Kyrgyzstan, a former member of the collapsed Soviet Union, and Kenya in Africa. Look at Japanese schools. A pyramid structure from the Ministry of Education and the Board of Education to the teachers. Students and parents, who are the absolute weakest, follow the rules set by those with absolute power.
The way they dress, the way they wear their hair, the progress they make, the problem books they use, everything is in accordance with the rules set by the "conquerors". The "weak" simply follow the rules. If this were a school in a democratic country, it would be laughable by world standards.
In a democracy, you can decide what to wear and how to do your hair. That is common sense that needs no reiteration. The progress of learning should not be decided by the teacher, but by the students. The students do not decide the problem books to be used either, which is why there is constant talk of wai-lo between the vendors and the principal's association. It becomes a hotbed of interest structures and collusion. It is corruption.
