今、新人教育として地元の工科大で研修を受けているのですが
本日初めてモノづくりに挑戦しました
写真の左の丸材を鉄工やすりで加工して六角ナットを作るという作業
ちなみに鉄工やすりってこんな感じです
硬い鉄がやすりで削れるんかいな？
と驚きでしたが、作業開始
綺麗な平面と角度を出すのが大変なんですこの作業
自分の作業は周りの人より一時間以上早く終わり
早すぎるよと突っ込まれつつ測定
設定寸法より0.2ｍｍ～0.35ｍｍも小さく作ってしまい。。。
いやはや、大胆というかおおざっぱというか
俺の性格を表した作品になりました

Recently,I am on the job training for freshman at industrial technological university.
This was first time for manufacturing.
The assignment we were given was that we make hexasagon head bolt from circular steel by engineers file.
I was surprised at the fact file can scrape solid steel.
The work was hard to make exact planes and angles.
I had finished the task eariler than others by more one hour.
Everyone said me that you had finished the work too early.
As the result of mesuring, my mesurements were shorter than ideal mesurement by 0.2～0.35 mm.
This work image my daring and rough personality lol.
I was devoted the work fogetting the time.
Manufacturing is very profund and interesting.
