昨日鏡に映る自分の姿をみてびっくり、かなり太っておりますガーン
というわけで今日から食べる量を控え、ジョギングをしダイエット開始。
ホントは一人暮らしなら、食事を自分で管理できるので楽ちんなんだけどなぁ…。
ジョギングとダイエットプロテイン使って一か月で5キロ落としたことあります。

取りあえず、軽く空腹感感じる程度に食事量を減らして、ジョギングで痩せれるか一か月くらい試してみますかね。あと筋トレもしないと…。

Yesterday,I was surprised at my fat figure reflected from mirror.I am stout more than I expected.So from today I check amount of food which I eat,and start jogging and diet.
I wish I could live alone.Because I can control my diet by myself in that lifestyle.It is best way for losing weight for me.I had loosen five kilogram in a month by using diet protein and jogging.
Firstly I try to reduce amount of food taken to such extent that I feel hunger slightly and jog for about a month.After that I consider what is best way for losing weight.Beside I have to do muscle training.
