"I shut my Jersey cow up in our pen yesterday. This morning I went to Carmody and when I came back I saw a Jersey cow in your oats. Diana and I chased her out and you can't imagine what a hard time we had.

「昨日ジャージー牛を囲いに閉じ込めました。今朝カーモディに行って帰ってくるとお宅のオート畑にジャージー牛がいるのを見ましたの。ダイアナと私でジャージー牛を追い出したのですが、どれほど大変だったかお分かりにならないでしょう。
