いのちの声に耳を傾けよ。
すべてのいのちの底に流れる、
すべてのいのちの共通の願いに耳を傾けよ。
いつしか心の奥底の闇に追いやってしまった真の望みを、
己の心の闇から開放せよ。

You aren't supposed to be ruled by your heart.
You aren't supposed to be corrupted by anger hostility of your mind.
Listen to voice of your life.
Listen to the common wish of the life of all which flows to the bottom of the life of everything.
Open your true hope that was shut in darkness in deep inside at your heart.
