さてさて、今週はあまりにも焼き魚にハマりすぎてます、、、
Anyway, I've been hooked on panfried fish this week !
昨日、今日、おとといで、さんまの塩焼きを一匹、さばの塩焼きを４切れも食べた！！（笑）
I had ５ pieces of big pan fried fish in the last 3 days !! haha.
コンロを使うのが面倒くさかったからさばはフライパンで沢山塩をふって焼いたら、ほどよい脂身とヘルシーな魚の油分が残って美味しかった～～！！
I couldn't be bothered using the proper fish cooker so I just used a fry pan and sprinkled lots of salt on it. That way it didn't drain all the good fish oil and it was yummy !
フライパン焼きもおすすめ！！！
I recommend making it on a frying pan !!
