サーモンのマリネ“Mariated Salmon”～。

今日もカラオケに来ております～(笑)

昨日は、久しぶりに簡単な料理をしました。

写真は、盛付けあまり綺麗じゃないけど、

サーモンのマリネ

というのも、

ベトナムで買ってきた、レモンペッパーソルトを使ってみたくて✨

レモンペッパーソルト

■レシピ

マリネのドレッシング

穀物酢                              大さじ3

オリーブオイル              大さじ3

レモンペッパーソルト  適当

蜂蜜                                  適当

玉ねぎをスライサーでカットして、サーモンと漬け込みました。

レモン無しでも、このソルトのお陰か美味しかったです～⤴️

ホタテのアヒージョ

も作りましたが、うまくとれなかったので・・写真は、アップしません～(笑)

I cooked  simple cooking.

This picture is “Mariated Salmon”.

Actually,

I 've been to wanting to use the LemmonPepperSalt that I bought at Vietnam.

■Recipe

souce

OliveOil  3tablespoons

Vineger   3tablespoons

LemmonPepperSalt   a little bit

I mariated “Salmon” and “Slice of Onion” in the 

souce.

I cooked the Ajillo(Garlic sauce) of Scallops.

I didn't take well that.
