　Néanmoins, derrière le chêne on ressent une concentration suffisante pour trouver l’équilibre d’ici quelques années. La robe dense couleur rubis/violet du vin s’accompagne de notes de cerises noires et de mûres. D’une magnifique densité avec une finale toute en longueur.

　The 2015 Château L’Évéché is a blend of 75% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc plus a seasoning of other varieties, aged in new oak, foudres and used barrels. It has a lifted blackberry and raspberry-scented bouquet with fine definition, broody, more introspective than I expected, the gravel soils imparting a Left Bank trait. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannin. This is a structured Saint Émilion with fine salinity towards the finish, one that deserves 3-4 years in bottle, but I suspect will be worth the wait
