　The 2015 Vieux Château Palon has a well defined and crisp bouquet with perfumed black cherries and red plum fruit, the oak well integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, real substance here and a lovely, caressing, licorice-tinged finish that has plenty of energy. Modern in style, well crafted and long, this is a delicious Montagne Saint Emilion.
