今日はお節でよく作る松風焼き。
お豆腐を使うのでふわふわの食感。
味噌と酢がよく鶏肉を合います。
我が家ではお正月に関わらず、パーティ等にも大活躍です。
＜材料：Ingredients for 5~6 People>
鶏ひき肉：300g
Minced Chicken thigh 300g
卵 １個 Egg 1
豆腐 半丁 Tofu 1/2 Cho
醤油 大さじ１ Soy sauce 1tablespoon
味噌 大さじ１ Miso 1tablespoon
パン粉 大さじ６ Breadcrumbs 6 tablespoons
砂糖 小さじ１ Sugar 1teaspoon
酢 小さじ１ Vinegar 1teaspoon
白ごま 適量
White Sesame : Proper quantity
<How to cook>
1. 白ごま以外の材料を良く混ぜる。
Mix ingredients except white sesame.
2. パウンド型にクッキングシートをひき１をいれ
白ごまをまぶし、くっつくように軽く押す。
Place cooking sheet on pound box and put mixed meat.
Sprinkle sesame on the mixed meat and press it to stick on meat
3. 200度に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

今年の桜の開花予想、東京は3月25日と例年並みのようです。
毎年春になると、家族や友人、同僚と集まって、満開の桜の木の下でお酒を飲んだりお弁当を食べて楽しみます
桜の花が日本人に人気があるわけはその美しさだけでなく、花が短命であるというはかなさにあります。
今では外国の方にも大人気ですよね。

According the Japan Meteorological Agency, prediction of cherry blossom will be around March 25th as usual.
Every spring, We enjoy eating and drinking with family, friends or coworkers under the fully bloomed cherry blossoms.
Japanese people love cherry blossoms not only because they are beautiful but also they only bloom for a very short period.
A cherry blossom is popular to foreigner as well.
Let’s go to “Hanami”(= the cherry blossoms) with a lunch！
