とろとろ!簡単豚の角煮

お箸でするっと切れる柔らか角煮。

Braised pork

It is the local cuisine of the Kyushu region.

Simmered the pork with sweet soy sauce-based.

The taste is soaked into the pork by simmering with low heat slowly.

The pork became very soft, so you can cut with chopsticks (without knife) easily.

 

<Ingredients for 4 servings >

 

豚バラブロックPork block 400~450g

じゃやがいも:3~4 Potatoes

卵:2 Eggs

青ねぎ: 1 Leek

紅茶のティーパック:1 Tea Pack

塩こしょう: Salt and pepper:a little

★砂糖:Sugar  4 Tablespoon

★醤油:Soy sauce  100cc

★酒:Sake 50cc

★みりん:50cc

★酢:Vinegar 50cc

★水:Water 400cc

 

<How to cook>

1豚バラ肉は適当な大きさに切って、塩、コショウ(分量外)をして油をひいたフライパンで両面に焼き目をつける。豚肉を取り出した後、同じフライパンでジャガイモを軽く焼く。(5分程度)

Cut the pork into an appropriate size and put a Salt and pepper.

Put the oil on the pan and grille the pork until browned

After removing the pork, bake the potatoes lightly in the same frying pan until browned. (around 5minitue)

2お鍋に豚バラがかぶる位の水を沸かし、紅茶のティーパックとネギの青い部分を入れる。

Boil the water that pork can be covered, put "green part of the leek" and "tea pack".

焼き目をつけた豚バラを入れて30分位茹でる

Put the pork of (1) and boil 30 minute.

 

4.別の鍋に★のタレの材料を入れて、茹でた豚バラとゆで卵、じゃがいもを入れ弱火で1間位茹でる

タレにトロミが出る位茹でて下さい

Pour seasoning of  in the other pan and put boiled eggs and baked potatoes then simmer around 1 hour with low heat.

Points

紅茶で茹でるとお肉が柔らかくなります。タレにお酢を入れると脂っこさが抜けてさっぱりした味

The pork became soft by boiling with tea pack.

Taste became refreshing (not greasy) by putting the vinegar sauce
