佐賀県は、今月１１日に県知事選挙の投票日です。
古川元知事に代わり、新しい知事が誕生します。
その機会を逃さず、犬猫の殺処分廃止の公約を取り付けるために
署名を集めることにしました。
佐賀県だけの問題ではなく、殺処分廃止の流れを作る為に
全国から・・・いえ、世界中の皆様からの署名をいただき、
新知事のもとへ届けたいと思います。

佐賀県「殺処分即時廃止」公約のお願い- Stop Killing Sheltered Animals! Saga prefecture,Japan
2013年（平成２５年）、佐賀県では、635匹が収容され、このうち飼い主が見つからなかった１５９匹が殺処分されました。翌年の２０１５年（平成２６年）は、自治体と佐賀の団体、個人ボランティアの努力で犬の殺処分数は９頭にとどまっています。しかし、残念ながら猫の処分数は横ばい情態で、毎週、人間の都合で殺処分され続けています。しかし、現在 社会の意識も向上し、命の尊さ、尊厳を重視した取り組みをしている自治体も数多くでています。佐賀県も動物の命を大切できる幸せな社会つくりを目指し、殺処分即時廃止を公約し、取り組んでいただきことを請願いたします。
Saga prefecture , Japan Stop Killing Sheltered Animals!
In 2013, 635 dogs were sheltered and 159 of them were killed( gassed ) in Saga prefecture, Japan, . But thanks to the volunteers and to their organizations and their help, only 9dogs ended up being killed in the shelters in 2015. As a society, we need to acknowledge the problem and to date our humanitarian law.
The policies of Saga prefecture must be changed in order to be a No kill community. We demand that Saga prefecture become a no-kill animal shelter prefecture and change the policies and cease killing adoptable, treatable animals, young and old.
