軽トラに三叉で大理石板のパレットを積む動画

今年2022年5月より、クライアント様のご依頼で２点の彫刻プランの制作をしています。

9月にまずは１点のデザインOKをいただきました。

先日11月最終日曜日にクライアント様より２点目もOK・GOサインいただいき、実制作の石の準備に入り仕事開始。

その台座石貼り工に使う大理石を石屋さんに持込み、切削と研磨してもらうために大理石板を軽トラに石を三叉で積む様子の動画です。

自分で切削・研磨はもちろんできますが、今回年度内の急ぎの制作をします。可能な限り彫刻本体の造形と磨きに手間暇時間をかけるため、平面だけの仕事を外注するという判断なのです。

このアトリエには、今年の4月に移転してきました。

以前のアトリエからですが、私はアトリエにフォークリフトは入れておらず、三叉2台（それぞれに5トンと2トンのチェーンブロックをかけています。）で石を動かしています。

この動画は、クライアント様に進捗を楽しんで欲しいと思い、公開します。

彫刻の仕事をあまりご覧になる機会のない方には、新鮮に楽しんでいただけると思います。

今回の仕事のクライアント様邸には、これまでにたくさんの作品を納品させていただきました。

I have been working on two engraving plans for a client since May of this year 2022.

In September, I received the OK for the first design.

On the last Sunday of November, the client gave me the OK and GO sign for the second one, and I started work to prepare the actual stone for production.

This is a video of I bringing the marble to the stonemason to have it cut and polished, and then loading the marble slabs onto a light truck with a fork.

Of course I can do the cutting and polishing myself, but this time I am making a rush job for the end of the fiscal year. It is a decision to outsource only the flat surface work in order to spend as much time and effort on modeling and polishing the body of the sculpture as possible.

　I moved into this studio in April of this year.

From my previous studio, I do not have a forklift in my studio, but rather two trident (each with a 5-ton and 2-ton chain block). ) to move the stones.

　I am making this video available to my clients so that he can enjoy the progress.

For those who do not have the opportunity to see much of our sculpture work, I think you will find it refreshing and enjoyable.

I have delivered many pieces to the client's residence for this job.
