Allow me to introduce to you my favorite music.

Felix Mendelssohn is one of my most favorite music composers.
I have a memory that I have been listening to Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto since I was a little boy as it was my parents' most favorite music. Playing violin was one of my father's hobbies.
When I visited Berlin, Germany three years ago, I had an opportunity to visit the grave of Mendelssohn. Standing in front of his grave, I expressed my respect and gratitude to his composing such great music for the mankind including Violin Concerto in E minor, Symphony No. 4 "Italian", On Wings of Song, Spring Song, and the famous Wedding March for Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Felix Mendelssohn's grave is located within the Cemeteries of the Holy Trinity Church in Mehringdamm, Berlin.
When I entered the church, a piano was being played.
There was a pipe organ at the second floor of the church.
Mendelssohn is the most famous composer of the Romantic era. His music is bright, positive, tender, and lively.

フェリックス・メンデルスゾーンは、私の最も好きな作曲家の一人です。
私は、小さい頃からメンデルスゾーンのバイオリン協奏曲を聴いていた記憶があります。両親のお気に入りの曲だったからです。バイオリン演奏は、父の趣味の一つでした。
3年前、ドイツのベルリンに滞在した際、メンデルスゾーンのお墓を訪ねる機会がありました。お墓の前に立ちながら、メンデルスゾーンに対し、人類のために素晴らしい曲を作曲してくれたことへの尊敬と感謝を伝えることが出来ました。彼が作曲した曲には、「バイオリン協奏曲ホ短調」「交響曲イタリア」「歌の翼に」「春の歌」、そして有名な「結婚行進曲」などが含まれています。
メンデルスゾーンのお墓は、ベルリンの Holy Trinity Church にあります。
教会に入るとピアノの演奏が行なわれていました。
教会の2階には、パイプオルガンがありました。
メンデルスゾーンは、ロマン派を代表する作曲家であり、彼の音楽は、明るく、肯定的で、優しく、伸びやかです。
