We are lucky to have 2 national holidays in the same week!
First one was on 19th(Monday),敬老の日（けいろうのひ/keirou no hi)(sounds like K is Kei,low of rou,no is no,hight of hi)(Respect-for-the-Aged Day)
Second was on 22nd(Thursday),秋分の日（しゅうぶんのひ/shuu bun no hi)(sounds like shoe is shuu ,blue of b,pen of n,no is no(short way to pronounce,nou=x,no=ok,hight of hi)(Autumnal Equinox Day).
On 敬老の日(Keirou no hi)、people who is over 70 year-old can get a lot of lucky things.....discount at many places or testimonial (and money=depends on the city or town and probably over 100 year-old people^^?) and more.

PS This week,it`s been raining every day......it`s too bad for this week(as there is 2 National holidays that people would like to go out,however it`s good for the land to veggies that needs water.But after typhoon No16(We don`t name them,but put Number) or before that ones left,there was lots of damages on many places.....we can never expect how powerful they can be to our land).
