画像の比較通り、ニードルの形状変更は効果ありそうね。
ぱっと見た感じ、先端を丸くR処理するのと、テーパーの角度がキモだろうか。

先端を丸くする加工は、初期の動作（抵抗の軽減）に効果がありそうなので、
ノーマルでも、分解時にやってみるのは手かもしれない。
（体感できるかは不明）

それにしても、オーリンズは細部までよく考え作り込まれている。
