Doyukai Yubukan Thursday - Batto Iai Class -

1 hour trainig session at wide activity room in Sham Shi Po.

No body use when arrived then started alone Batto shoden 5 and Toyamaryu 8 kata then enter the  second time members come in.

"Shomen" with foot works, right and left "Kesa", "Kesa and Gyaku kesa" chage stance and "Suihei kiri" for warm up then atto shoden 5 and Toyamaryu 8 kata at one timing.

Batto shoden 5 kata twice then "Toyamaryu 8 kata" again then to explain different styles "Noto" move some "Kata" from "Batto Chuden" as "2 honme", "5 honme" and "6pponme".
All of those finished by diferent styles of "Noto".

Once again "Toyamaryu 8 kata" before close the class.

Feel so nice after 1 hour sword techniques class.
Refresh the feel, light exercise and return back home early.
