年々、体力って落ちるものなんでしょうけど、
ここ最近はその落ちるスピードが
とても速いような気がするんですケド。。。
去年より一つしか年を取っていないはずなのに、
三つも四つも取った気がするんです。。。
この間は、朝起きた時から胸の痛みがあって

今まで無かったのにな。。。
今日は、仕事で、エレベーターが無い建物の
1階から4階までを行ったり来たりで
何往復したのか分かりません。
それも重たい物を持ちながらなので、
もう足や腕がパンパンです。。。
