１９８３年産の中で一番良いシャンパン。
１９８２年のドン・ペリニョンと比較すると、より古典的なストラクチャーをもつ。
私はブラインドで試飲しても常に上記のワインには同じ評価を与える。
熟成を重ねるにつれ、１９８３年物と１９８２年物は同じ品質であるということがますます明らかになった。
非常に異なる特徴のワインなのだが。

グラスに注げばすぐにこれが“ドン･ペリニョン”であるとわかるだろう。
１９８３は蘭の花の香り、マッシュルーム･クリームの香りが顕著。
まるで甘い白桃を噛んだようなジューシーさである。
