This is the Chicken Enchilada which my husband purchased the other day from Costco. ↓

エンチラーダとは、肉、チーズ、豆、ジャガイモ、野菜などにトルティーヤを巻いたものです。
サワークリームとチリソースの容器を取り出して、レンジで温めるだけで食べられます。
An enchilada is a tortilla rolled around a filling such as meat, cheese, beans, potatoes, vegetables, etc.
Enchilada is ready to eat by just heating up in the microwave after taking the cups with sour cream and chill sauce.

私は、メキシコ料理が大好きなので、コストコのチキン・エンチラーダも、とてもおいしく頂きました
