music websites

So I wanted to talk about music websites because people have been asking whether my preference for music relies on music reviews.

It's yes and no.

I do consider music reviews occasionally, when I'm wondering off looking for good albums or music.

However, at times, albums I consider to be phenomenal are rated something like 68, and albums I consider to be shitty are rated 88.

This is mainly because the albums I consider to be shitty are pretty much genres I don't prefer. I dislike core metal music with death voice, so I just generally hate all of them regardless of what music critics say.

It's just not my type.

But when I'm looking into music reviews for indie pop/alternative pop/other fav genre, albums that receive wide critical acclaim tend to be good. And I like most of them.

Some albums I like are rated 60, some albums I like are rated 96.

Regardless of the score, I like music I like...though not a lot of people approve my music taste due to the fact that my music taste lays on the bounds of minorities...

btw, I'm recently into Ital Tek and interested in Cate Le Bon because she recently released a new album and my friend told me that it's quite good

I'll probably write album reviews for Ital Tek's and Cate Le Bon's new albums sometime sooner, or later.

First-ish Entry

So the reason I decided to reset my blog is insignificant for most people out there, but extremely significant for me.

I've been reading into my archives and realized that my blog posts were terrible that they kinda made me wanna cry. then die.

Like, they were literally terrible af.

And my hobbies and music tastes have completely changed ever since, so I've decided to you know, renew my website so I don't have to create a new account.

idk why I'm writing my blog post in English given that Japanese is my first language and my favorite language...probably simply because it's just so troublesome to convert the characters each time I use kanji. inconvenient af

Anyhow, I'll hopefully write some blog posts once in a while. Probably gonna write a lot of music reviews despite not knowing anything professional about music. My blog post'll be filled with my groundless opinions, so don't be offended if I talk shitty about ur favorite artists or songs or albums, unless it's Nickelback or some shitty band like Sekai no owari.

And excuse my language, I rarely swear in real life.
