Last night I saw "Shane" in the Digitally Remastered version. But I don't like the last scene in the Digitally Remastered version because it's too dark to see outgoing Shane.
Please compare the photos below on the famous last scene. Each first photo is the image of the Digitally Remastered one, each second photo is the image of my 500 yen (5 dollar) DVD.
You will realize the images of my 500 yen DVD are more light than the images of the Digitally Remastered one.
But except the scenes at night including the last scene the visuals of the Digitally Remastered version are very clear and beautiful. And the its sound is very excellent.

I'd like to add that my 500 yen DVD of "Shane" has excellent quality in its images unlike general fire-sale DVDs. But still the images of the Digitally Remastered version are much better than them except the scenes at night.
