During my 17LIVE stream yesterday, 

I was talking about 

how I’d like to lose some weight 

before my photoshoot on July 28th,

 and we also discussed blood sugar levels.


The important thing 

these two topics have in common is nutrition.


One of my current challenges

 is that although 

my body shape has been changing 

thanks to increasing my physical activity,

 I’d still like to slim down 

my stomach and waist area a little more.


Because of that, 

I recently changed the way 

I do my running workouts.


But then I suddenly stopped and thought:


“What about my diet?”


No matter how much exercise we do, 

what we eat plays a huge role

 in our overall health, 

body composition, 

and even our blood sugar levels.



Until now, 

when it came to exercise and nutrition, 

I mostly focused on reducing 

the amount of food I ate.


But this morning, 

I happened to come across this video, 

and it really clicked for me.


Of course,

 the amount we eat is important,

 but it reminded me 

that how we eat and  

what we eat are just as important.


The video I shared

does such a great job of 

explaining healthy eating 

in a simple and practical way.


 The key points are clear, 

easy to understand, and something 

you can start applying right away.


Honestly, I was genuinely impressed 🥹✨
