エスニックガーデン タイ風クッキングペースト トムヤムミックス
こちらを使って簡単おつまみ
【トムヤムキュウリ】
〈材料〉
(二人分)
*キュウリ ２本
*トムヤムミックス 大さじ１
*大葉 ２枚
〈作り方〉
1 キュウリを乱切りにし塩少々で揉み水気をしっかり絞る。大葉は千切り。
2 ボールにキュウリ、トムヤムミックスを入れ混ぜ合わせる。
3 器に盛り付け大葉を散らして出来上がり。
酸っぱ辛いキュウリに大葉の香りが食欲そそります
タイ料理は好きだけど家で作るとなると調味料揃えたり大変なイメージが…
でもこのクッキングペーストなら、これ一本でトムヤムクンは勿論、チャーハン、トムヤムチキンなど簡単に本格的に出来る
小学２年生の長男も
