both 100% CHARDONNAY GRAPES but terroire (CALI vs BURGENDY)によって、

テイストやボディーはもちろん、

the color and clarityまでが　こんなに　違うの

Californian Chardonnayはstrong、元気がある感じだけど、

やはりエレガントなディナーにはFrench whites are personally preferred

a smooth almost creamy texture,

golden yellow hue like honey,

floral and so beautiful

そして、じゃじゃん

the best lamb chops in town

sooooo gooood.

しかも、あまりに美味しくて、

hahaha,

ＮＹから来日してるお友達と調子に乗って、

we ordered a 2nd serving for ourselves

次の日、a monday- 頭が痛くて、ちょっと反省

さすがに、this weekは外食は控えましたよ
