finally a "tea" break

昨日の続きで～す

Meeting後はできるだけ具体的に

ビジョンをgrasp and understandしていただきたくて,

東京"scene" and potential clients/shops/brandsを

案内させていただきました

Roppongi Hills内のlifestyle shopsもvisitして、

fiiinally,

"tea" breakとゆ～かwine breakをGrand Hyatt French Kitchenで

（MADURO wasn't openedなの)

and today,

フライトに乗り込む前かしらね？、

先方からメールが入り：

"Thank you for developing such a strong team. I am now confident and relieved (no translators necessary!) to leave our brand in your hands for successful develpmet in Japan"って

ハッキリ仰って頂いて、

ほ～～～んと一安心

実は日本の強気大手企業やデパートからも

数年前から何度もアプローチされてるブランドで(これマジで）、

ユリーカは一年前NYCに飛んでdiscussionを始めて、
半年前には東京で再びmeetingをして、

そのときは：

”I see that you have the will, determination, and passion. You are also very intelleigent （うふふ） and have the right cultural view and grasp on our brand concept. HOWEVER- you need to build better ORGANIZATION and get the technical systemization down... can you do this??"

ってガツンって言われて以来、

I had to really really refocusし、

Importing、warehouse、logistics,

ＰＲ，ＷＥＢ，operational managingの専門家を

one by one 再度reresearch, meet, analyzeの繰り返しで

やっと今の、

ほんとトラストできるreally kindhearted and supportive individualsとteamを組めて、

ユリーカ有難い限りand feel reaaally confident working together

global expansion真っ最中のブランドとしては

大変貴重な半年と言うrelatively long periodを

準備期間として与えてくださって、

ユリーカはほんとラッキーだったと思います

先方のVERY RARE and UNDERSTANDING、

ある意味risk-takingなfounder&ownerに感謝です

その後はdinnertimeになり、

somewhere very Japanese and casualとリクエストがあったので、
