well actually,
in the beginning we couldn't even move
and couldn't adjust to the cold nor the HEAVY skates
hahahaha
転ぶのが怖くて、しばらくholding onto the sides of the rink while we
ただただwatched in awe and ENVY as skaters sped by us
でもありえない寒さの中しばらく練習してるうちに、
あれれ
意外とwe got the hang of it
at the end-
けっこうSPEEDだしてsuccessfully make a few rounds without fallingをエンジョイできて、
むしろ
we were rockin it
woohoo
ユリーカは小さい時良くiceskating rinkで滑ってたけど、
すっかり忘れちゃってた
but practice makes such a difference、
何事も慣れ
とコツを掴むこと
って大事in order to improveですね
LA/Hawaii住まいのエミちゃは
iceskating三回目とかだけなのに、
1番上達していたわ
a percentage of the proceeds go to the conservation of the Polar bears victimized by global warming
everybody go and skate it's for a good cause
