勝手に自分の名言のように書いちゃいましたが（ごめんなさい）、これはいろんな方々が言っていることでもあるんですね
気を取り直して今回のワンポイントです
まずここにあるformulaですが「挨拶などの決まり文句や慣習的な方式」それから「公式[式]」「製法 解決策、秘訣」等いろんなことを表します。
① This formula is used to calculate the area of a circle.
「この公式は円の面積を計算するのに使われている」
