I've finished my training session today. I did strength training from joanna soh's vid using a pair of dumbells, not too sweaty but I'm feeling strong!
btw I weight myself and yea I reached 50.25kg today, but even so, my body is a bit leaner and stronger than before
I can see my collarbone haha, i feel like I'm already "skinny" but the numbers on the scale says no
I realized that I can't rely on the scale numbers, so yea I need to be more conscious with the visual rather than the weight. My goal is to be stronger and healthier than last year! Yep, this is my own journey, can't compare to others.
